Álfar

Origin & Creation
The Álfar are half-gods originating from the Norse era, born from the mingling of divine beings and mortal humans. When belief in Norse gods and myths began to fade, the Álfar found a way to endure by breeding among themselves, ensuring their survival independent of human faith. Unlike the graceful and benevolent elves depicted in modern fantasy, the Álfar are fierce, enigmatic, and wield powers tied to the darker aspects of nature.
